Ideal candidates have a desire to work with adult patients in all areas of chronic disease management and health maintenance/disease prevention. Experience as a nurse practitioner required with strong clinical background preferred. Join us in providing care in our community!

Details of Position:

Outpatient only - General Internal Medicine Practice
NEW clinic!
Average patient load: 21-24 patients per day
Collaborate with highly engaged physicians
Assess and treat new and follow up patients
Establish trusting relationships with loyal patient base
Provide education/counseling in health maintenance
