Position Overview
This is a full-time, inpatient-only critical care position (no outpatient or pulmonary clinic duties) at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ.
Schedule:
14 twelve-hour shifts/month (7 AM–7 PM)

Clinical Setting:
35-bed ICU , Cerner EMR, Physician will supervise advanced practice providers (APPs) ,Estimated credentialing time: 90 days (temporary privileges may be available)
Qualifications
BC/BE in Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine & Critical Care Medicine or BC/BE in Internal Medicine & Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine
- We are not able to support a need for a J-1 Visa Waiver. We can support a physician who is on an H1B visa if that physician has already been counted in the cap. Thank you.
Procedural Responsibilities
Ventilator management, Non Invasive CPAP/BiPAP, Chest tube insertion, Bronchoscopy, Central and arterial line placement, Dialysis catheter insertion, ICP evaluation and management ,Acute volume and blood pressure management, Lumbar Puncture, Paracentesis,ThoracentesisCompensation & Benefits
