Position Highlights:

Location: Flowers Hospital – Dothan, Alabama
Department: Anesthesia Services
Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling (40 hours/week) or PRN
Compensation: Starting at $215,000+ annually (based on experience), relocation assistance provided. New Grads Welcome!
1099 Rate: $150/hour
Schedule: Weekday shifts with rotating call and weekend coverage
Model: CRNA Practice under Medical Direction
Loan Reimbursement: Student loans paid for 3 years.
Student Stipend Program: Last 18 months of program.

Procedures Covered

As a CRNA at Flowers Hospital, you will provide anesthesia services for a wide range of cases, including:

General Surgery
Orthopedic Surgery
Urology
Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program - Doctoral level

Active RN and CRNA licensure in the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)

NBCRNA Certification required

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification

The hospital has 235 acute-care beds, four Intensive Care Units (Medical, Surgical, Cardiac Care and Cardiovascular), and 38 Outpatient Surgery beds. The hospital offers a wide range of services, including Diagnostics, 24-hour Emergency Services, Medical Units, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy/Sports Medicine, Women's Center - , Inpatient/Outpatient Surgery including Gastric Bypass Surgery, ENT, Orthopedic, Gynecology and General Surgery, Special Procedures, Medical Units, Food & Nutrition Counseling and a Maternity Center.
