Lutheran Medical Group, part of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN, has an opportunity for an experienced endoscopy Advanced Practice Provider to support the Advanced GI practice in the endoscopy lab and clinic. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of gastroenterology experience with specific skills in the GI lab.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide dedicated support to Advanced Procedure Gastroenterologists
- Assist in endoscopy lab an average of 4 days/week
- Conduct inpatient rounds and consults in support of physicians
- Collaborate with team of physicians and APPs
- Assess patients for pre-procedure clearance, as appropriate
- Provide pre and post-procedure education and counseling
- Day shift responsibilities
- Participate in intra-disciplinary care planning activities
