Job Description

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking an Internal Medicine Residency Program Director
  • Lead our Resident Categorical Internal Medicine residency program
  • Practice a combination of administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities (50/50)
  • Must have a minimum of three years of educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Program as a member of the faculty or leadership team
  • Participate in faculty recruitment and retention
  • Develop curriculum, policies, and procedures for the program

MountainView Regional Medical Center , a 168-bed facility located in Las Cruces, N.M., is accredited by The Joint Commission. The facility includes fully staffed 24-hour emergency care, a specialized Heart Center, Women's Center, Comprehensive Intensive Care Services and an All-Digital Imaging Department, plus Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Wound Care Center/Hyperbaric, Diagnostic and Imaging Services, Pain Management Center and an ADA Certified Diabetes Program.
