Job Description

Gadsden Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine Residency Program in Gadsden, Alabama as Core Faculty.

Position Highlights:

Practice and teach comprehensive family medicine, including newborn and pediatric care, adult medicine, and geriatrics.
Provide clinical supervision of residents in an outpatient clinic setting.
Provide clinical supervision in the inpatient hospital setting (1 week/4-5 weeks)
Participate in weekly didactic lectures, including procedural and clinical workshops.
Serve as a resident advisor, mentor, and role model
OB optional
Medical student teaching and supervision
Opportunities for supported volunteer international work
