Job Description

Lutheran Health Physicians seeking a Colorectal Surgeon to join Lutheran Medical Group in Ft. Wayne, IN. The medical group is seeking a BC/BE Colorectal Surgeon to join their multispecialty physician practice.  Must have  a fellowship in Colorectal Surgery.  To best serve the growing needs of their community they are excited to add an experienced and talented Colorectal Surgeon to join their practice.

Lutheran Hospital is a 396-bed tertiary care facility that opened on Thanksgiving Day in 1904. Lutheran’s areas of specialized care include northern Indiana’s only heart and kidney transplant programs, an accredited bariatric surgery program, Level II verified adult and pediatric trauma centers, an accredited and commended community hospital cancer care program and a certified primary stroke center. In addition to transplantation, Lutheran’s trailblazing history of heart care is evident through its accreditations as a heart failure institute and chest pain center. It has also achieved advanced certification from The Joint Commission for ventricular assist devices and was the first hospital in northern Indiana to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement. Lutheran Children’s Hospital teams with 68 pediatricians from across the region and state who practice in 20 areas of pediatric specialty.
