Bluffton Regional Medical Center has an opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to join our employed network of dedicated physicians. Experienced physicians or new fellows are welcome!  All physicians must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.

  • Hospital employed - General Gastroenterology
  • Practice only at ONE hospital
  • No hospital ED call required
  • Block Time for your Endoscopy procedures
  • Immediate practice with loyal primary care referral network 
  • Collaborative ER Physicians and Hospitalists
  • Dedicated office and procedure time with support staff to maximize efficiency

Compensation Package breakdown:

  • Negotiable Guaranteed Salary based on experience+ wRVU incentive
    • Experienced physicians exceed $650,000
  • Generous Commencement Bonus

Location Description

Bluffton Regional Medical Center, Bluffton, Ind., is located just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne in northeastern Indiana. This 79-bed acute care facility is a member of the Lutheran Health Network. Bluffton Regional provides medical, surgical and pediatric care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, intensive care, continuing care, emergency services, business health services, hospitalist services, rehabilitation services, wound care and a full range of digital diagnostic services. Bluffton Regional has been certified by The Joint Commission as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center and has received full accreditation from the Society for Cardiovascular Patient Care as an Accredited Chest Pain Center.

All inpatient areas of the facility have had full renovations including updated infrastructure and treatments. The most recent renovation at Bluffton Regional involved a $3 million investment to complete The Women’s Center, the hospital’s obstetrical services unit that can accommodate up to 12 newborns. Surgeons find the equipment they need as well as an excellent nursing staff both within the OR and in all of the patient units.
