Northwest Healthcare is seeking a Trauma Surgeon to serve as Medical Director of the Trauma Program at one of our hospitals in Tucson, Arizona. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a surgeon with strong surgical trauma experience who is interested in overseeing and continuing to grow a Level III Trauma Center. Prior medical director experience is not required for the right candidate with leadership interest and trauma expertise.
As Trauma Medical Director, you will play a key role in guiding clinical quality, program development, and trauma services across the hospital while maintaining an active surgical practice.

Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified General Surgeon
- Surgical trauma experience required
- Interest in program leadership and trauma program development
- Director experience welcome but not required
