MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established Emergency Department team. This opportunity offers strong clinical support, predictable staffing, and the ability to practice in a well-structured, moderate-to-high volume emergency department.   At  MountainView Regional Medical Center, you’ll be part of Community Health Systems, a national network of regional hospitals with a shared mission to deliver high-quality care where it’s needed most — close to home.  

Emergency Department Highlights

  • Annual ED volume: ~35,000 visits
  • 22 Emergency Department beds
  • 24-hour physician coverage
  • 20 hours of NP/PA coverage daily
  • Average patient load: ~1.8 patients/hour
  • Admission rate: ~25%
  • EMR system: MEDHOST EDIS
  • Expedited credentialing available

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  • Current New Mexico medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department environment
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
