Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to join its dynamic Emergency Department team in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Emergency Department Highlights

• Annual Emergency Department volume of approximately 40,000 visits
• Level III Trauma Center
• 32-bed Emergency Department
• Physician coverage: 36 hours per day (12-hour shifts)
• Advanced Practice Provider coverage: 36 hours per day (12-hour shifts)
• PRN shifts available

Compensation Options

• W-2 employment with full benefits
• 1099 independent contractor option
• 10 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)
• Competitive hourly rates:
  • $294/hour (day shifts – W2)
  • $304/hour (evening shifts – W2)
  • $325/hour (day shifts – 1099)
  • $335/hour (evening shifts – 1099)
• Commencement bonus option up to $75,000 over 3 years
