Position Highlights
- Annual ED Volume: 40,000
- Level III Trauma Center
- 26 bed ED plus 6 bed Fast Track
- 30 hours of Physician coverage daily
- 30 hours of NP/PA coverage daily
- 1.8 patients per hour average
- Excellent rapport with Hospitalist team
- EMR: Cerner
- Within 3 hours of both Atlanta and Birmingham
- 90 minutes to Panama City Beach

Flowers Hospital is a 235-bed acute care regional medical center located in Dothan, Alabama, serving patients across the Wiregrass region of southeast Alabama, southwest Georgia, and northwest Florida. The hospital provides comprehensive services, including 24-hour emergency care, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, diagnostic services, behavioral health, physical therapy and sports medicine, women’s services, maternity care, and nutritional counseling.
