Job Description

Northwest Medical Center, the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona, is seeking a PRN Board Certified Neonatologist to join its NICU team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a 100% inpatient opportunity within a high-acuity neonatal intensive care environment, offering strong multidisciplinary support and the ability to provide specialized care for critically ill newborns. AtNorthwest Medical Center, you’ll be part of Community Health Systems, a national network of regional hospitals with a shared mission to deliver high-quality care where it’s needed most — close to home.

Position Highlights

  • Hospital-employed Neonatologist opportunity
  • 100% inpatient NICU practice
  • Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology
  • NICU experience required
  • Must be comfortable assisting with NICU procedures
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary neonatal care team
  • High-acuity tertiary care setting within a regional referral center
