- 100% inpatient NICU practice
- Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology
- NICU experience required
- Must be comfortable assisting with NICU procedures
- Collaborative multidisciplinary neonatal care team
- High-acuity tertiary care setting within a regional referral center
