MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Nocturnist to join our inpatient and emergency coverage team. This role offers competitive pay, flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099), and the opportunity to practice in a well-supported hospital environment with strong physician and APP coverage. Position Highlights

Nocturnist NP opportunity
Compensation: $90/hour
W-2 option with full benefits available
1099 option available (no benefits; malpractice provided)
Relocation assistance available
Negotiable sign-on and tenure bonuses

Clinical Environment

24-hour NP/PA coverage
72-hour physician coverage daily
EMR system: MEDHOST EDIS
Located near El Paso

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current New Mexico NP license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Prior inpatient or emergency experience preferred
