Santa Rosa Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a growing, hospital-employed practice in Milton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, high-quality team with strong referral support and access to DaVinci robotics.

Practice Overview
- Hospital-employed, multi-specialty group
- 3 OB/GYN physicians + 1 APP
- APP-friendly model
- 50% OB / 50% GYN mix
- 20–22 patients per day
- Dedicated OR block time
- Minor procedures in clinic (colposcopy, biopsy, IUDs)
- Major cases performed in main OR
- Full-time anesthesia coverage
- EMR: Cerner & Athena
- Robotics: 2 XI DaVinci systems
- 5 Labor & Delivery rooms
- Level I Nursery
- Dedicated C-section OR
Growth & Referral Base
- Over 20 employed primary care providers
- Strong independent referral relationships
- Expanding into Cantonment (2026)
- Projected market growth of 8%+
- Two busy urgent care centers
- One freestanding ED
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Eligible for Florida licensure
- Robotics training required
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Team-oriented and collaborative
