Job Description

East Georgia Regional Medical Center is seeking aBC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join a busy, single-specialty group. New grads are welcome to apply!

  • This established private group is ready to welcome a motivated ENT physician as they recently expanded into a 13,000 sq. ft. facility 
  • There is only one other solo ENT in the area
  • Join one Extender, a Physician Assistant would be available to the incoming physician 
  • Interest in Otology and Endocrinology is a plus
  • Call is 10 days per month, including one weekend
  • Partnership Track Opportunity  
  • Private practice located 3 miles from hospital
  • Projected growth of 50% for the area in the next two years due to new manufacturing facilities under construction and the University expansion
  • From golf courses, shopping, and great restaurants ~ Statesboro has a lot to offer, and is a 50-minute drive to Savannah & International Airport!

About the Hospital

East Georgia Regional Medical Center is a 150-bed acute care hospital located in Statesboro, Georgia. The hospital features a Women’s Pavilion and offers services that include a 24-hour Emergency Department, Level II neonatal care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, ambulatory care, cardiac catheterization, pain management, wound care, and advanced diagnostic imaging, such as MRI, CT, PET/CT, and interventional radiology. The hospital is partially physician-owned and serves as a major healthcare provider for southeast Georgia.

Statesboro is the largest city in Bulloch County and home to Georgia Southern University, the third-largest university in the state.
