Northwest Health - Porter is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient clinic in the welcoming and vibrant community of Valparaiso, Indiana, just one hour from Chicago!

Northwest Health – Porter is a 200-bed acute care hospital located in Valparaiso, Indiana. Accredited by The Joint Commission, the hospital offers a full continuum of services, including emergency and trauma care, cardiology, oncology, primary care, obstetrics, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, orthopedics, spine care, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. The hospital features a Women and Children’s Pavilion and a long-standing neonatal intensive care unit serving Northwest Indiana.
