Job Description

MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a PRN Nocturnist Physician to join our Inpatient Medicine coverage team. This opportunity offers flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099), competitive compensation, and the ability to practice in a well-supported, high-acuity hospital environment.

Position Highlights

  • PRN nocturnist opportunity
  • Compensation: $180/hour 
  • 1099 option available (no benefits; malpractice provided)
  • Relocation assistance available 

Clinical Environment

  • 24-hour physician coverage daily
  • 24-hour NP/PA coverage
  • EMR: MEDHOST EDIS
  • Located just outside of El Paso

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Current New Mexico medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior hospitalist or nocturnist experience preferred
