We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our established and growing practice in beautiful Fort Wayne.
Position Highlights
- Hospital-employed position offering stability and strong clinical support
- Balanced practice with a mix of outpatient clinic care and inpatient deliveries
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule promoting work-life balance
- Shared night and weekend call rotation only every three weeks
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient care
- Experienced CNMs preferred; highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

About the Hospital
Dupont Hospital is a 131-bed acute care hospital and a member of Lutheran Health Network. The hospital provides inpatient and outpatient surgical services, emergency care, obstetrics, neonatal intensive care, diagnostic imaging, and specialized services, including sleep medicine and breast health. Dupont Hospital also offers robotic-assisted surgery and is accredited by The Joint Commission.
