Job Description

Oro Valley Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist to join its Hospital Medicine Program in Oro Valley, Arizona. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options (PRN, part-time, or full-time) in a well-supported community hospital with strong clinical resources and a collaborative care environment. At Oro Valley Hospital, you’ll be part of Community Health Systems, a national network of regional hospitals with a shared mission to deliver high-quality care where it’s needed most — close to home.  

Hospital Medicine Program Highlights

  • Flexible employment options: PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
  • Annual Emergency Department visits: approximately 14,965
  • 146-bed acute care facility
  • Open ICU with procedural opportunities preferred
  • Physician coverage: 48 hours daily
  • Advanced Practice Provider coverage: 12 hours daily
  • Cerner EMR system
  • Part of the Northwest Healthcare system
