Job Description

Northwest Medical Center is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalists to join its inpatient medicine program in Tucson, Arizona. This opportunity offers flexible employment arrangements (W-2, 1099, full-time, part-time, or PRN) within a large, high-volume hospital system that provides strong clinical support, teaching opportunities, and a collaborative care environment.  AtNorthwest Medical Center, you’ll be part of Community Health Systems, a national network of regional hospitals with a shared mission to deliver high-quality care where it’s needed most — close to home. 

Hospital Medicine Program Highlights

  • Annual Emergency Department visits: approximately 50,735
  • Physician coverage: 96 hours
  • Cerner EMR system
  • Open ICU with procedures optional
  • 24-hour Advanced Practice Provider support
  • Preference for physicians interested in teaching residents
